Children Under The Age Of 16

Personal Information You Provide

You provide Us with Personal Information to create an account with Our Platform. This includes Your name, email address, brokerage, state Real Estate License ID, and commercial information,. . . . 

You may also provide the Personal Information of Personal Information related to individuals with whom you have a business relationship. You must only submit the Personal Information of individuals when You are an authorized agent of said individual in connection with using the Platform, and must have full authority under the law to submit Personal Information of individuals to Us.

Personal Information We Collect Automatically

We collect Personal Information automatically as You navigate Our Platform. The technologies deployed through Our Platform collect Your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns as follows:

• Usage Information. Information about Your interaction with Our Platform, such as the pages You access on Our Platform, the frequency of access, what You click on, referring URL, traffic data, and when You accessed the Platform.

• Location Information. Information about Your location, which may be determined through Your device’s IP address, and which may include non-precise geolocation information.

• Device Information. Information about the device You are using, such as hardware model, Media Access Control (MAC) address, operating system, web browser type, and Your Platform preferences.

• When You visit Our Platform, open or click on emails We send You, We or Third Parties We work with may automatically collect certain information using technologies such as cookies and other tracking technologies described below.

Cookies and Similar Technology

• Cookies

“Cookies” are small files of data that may be placed on Your device by Our Platform via Your browser. There are different kinds of cookies. 

“Single-session cookies” are necessary for the Platform to function and record information like Your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser information, Operating System (OS), screen size and resolution, and language preferences. “Clickstream data” is information collected and stored by a website's server that is a record of what You have clicked while browsing the internet. Clickstream data can tell Us the type of computer or device and browsing software You use and the address of the website from which You linked to Our Platform. We may collect and use clickstream data as a form of aggregate information to anonymously determine how much time visitors spend on each page of Our Platform, and how You and others navigate to and on the Platform. .

• Social Media Platforms and Networks

Our Platform may include social media features, such as Instagram and Facebook widgets. These widgets may use cookies or other tracking technologies to collect information about Your internet activity, such as Your IP address and which page You are visiting on Our Platform. Such social media features and widgets are hosted by Third Parties and Your interactions with those features are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide them. We may also collect Personal Information about You from social media platforms and networks if You post content publicly or to our social media account (e.g. by using a hashtag) or if You post content to third-party social media hosts such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, or Google Reviews.

Besides using Your Personal Information Ourselves, and in addition to any specific uses mentioned elsewhere in this Privacy Notice, We may disclose Your Personal Information to other companies, affiliates, and Third Parties in the following instances:

Contractors, Processors, and Service Providers. We may share the Personal Information We collect with entities that provide support services to Us, such as analytics providers, email providers, payment processors, web hosting providers, database hosting providers, website developers, internet service providers, or customer relations management service providers.

Email. If You do not wish to receive promotional or marketing emails from Us, You can unsubscribe by using the unsubscribe link included in each such email.

Cookies, Tracking, and Interest-Based Advertising. If You would like to stop or restrict the placement of cookies or delete any cookies that may already be on Your device, please refer to and adjust Your web browser preferences. You can set Your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert You when cookies are being sent.

By deleting Our cookies or disabling future cookies, You may not be able to access certain areas or features of Our Platform or some of its functionality may be affected.

For clarity, cookie-based opt-outs must be performed on each device and browser that You wish to have opted out. For example, if You have opted out on Your device browser, that opt-out will not be effective on Your mobile device. Additionally, if You opt out on one of Your devices, that opt out may not be effective on all of Your devices. You must separately opt out on each device.

We do not control Third Parties' collection or use of Your Personal Information to serve interest-based advertising. However these Third Parties may provide You with ways to choose not to have Your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website.

Client Deletion Requests- if You have uploaded Your Client’s Personal Information to the Platform and they subsequently revoke their authorization, You or Your Client may direct Us to delete the Client’s Personal Information by contacting Us through the contact method listed below.

Data Security

My Referral Agent implements reasonable security practices designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of the data it processes. No form of online information transfer is completely free from the risk of unauthorized access or disclosure and You transmit data at your own risk.

Terms of Service

[Client Name] (“Client” or “you”) hereby engages My Referral Agent, Inc., a Texas corporation (“MRA”) to provide certain products and services (collectively, the “Services”) described in the quote [below] (the “Quote”) in accordance with the [Privacy Policy] (the “Privacy Policy”) and the [Conditions of Service] (the “Conditions of Service”). MRA and Client are hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”

The Quote, the Privacy Policy, and the Conditions of Service together constitute a Master Subscription Agreement between MRA and Client (collectively, the “Agreement”), effective on the date that Client accepts the Quote (the “Effective Date”). The Agreement supersedes any terms and conditions of any purchase orders, acceptances, or acknowledgements provided by or received from Client, and the Agreement shall exclusively govern the rights and obligations of the Parties with respect to the subject matter of the Agreement. The Agreement embodies the entire agreement and understanding of the Parties related to its subject matter and supersedes all prior proposals, understandings, agreements, correspondence, arrangements, and contemporaneous oral agreements relating to the subject matter of the Agreement. The Agreement shall apply to any upgrades, supplements, add-on components, or new features or versions MRA may provide or make available to Client in connection with the Services and any additional products, services, or user seats Client elects to purchase or add through its primary account holder on MRA’s web platform (collectively, “Upgrades”), unless superseded by new or additional terms accompanying such Upgrades, in which case the new or additional terms will govern.
